Complete Kitchen Exhaust is an Ontario-based commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning and facility maintenance company. Nicholas Harrison and Daniel Ramsundar founded the company in 2013.
We help restaurants, commercial kitchens, institutions and property managers protect their facilities through detailed cleaning, honest reporting and documented results.

Before establishing Complete Kitchen Exhaust, Nicholas and Daniel worked together as cleaning partners for five years.
During that time, they cleaned and serviced commercial kitchen exhaust systems at more than 350 Pizza Pizza locations. This hands-on experience exposed them to hundreds of busy commercial kitchens with different layouts, equipment and maintenance requirements.
Daniel had also spent eight years working with one of the industry’s largest kitchen exhaust cleaning companies. Together, Nicholas and Daniel gained extensive experience with high-volume restaurants, franchise locations and complex commercial exhaust systems.
Their experience showed them what thorough exhaust cleaning requires. It also revealed how easily grease, carbon and inaccessible areas can be overlooked when a job is rushed or limited to the visible hood.
In 2013, Nicholas and Daniel founded Complete Kitchen Exhaust to provide a more detailed and accountable level of service.
Customers would be shown what was cleaned, informed about the condition of their system and advised when an area required additional access or corrective work.
Today, that same hands-on approach remains at the centre of the company.
The name Complete represents the standard Nicholas and Daniel bring to every job: inspect carefully, clean thoroughly, document honestly and provide proof of the work performed.
When Complete Kitchen Exhaust was founded, the goal was to do things differently. We did not want to rush through jobs or leave grease, carbon, or inaccessible areas behind.
“Complete” reflects our commitment to cleaning systems properly and responsibly, rather than simply cleaning what is easy or visible.
